2. Description of Services
Coach Pratima provides life coaching, career mentoring, and related educational services for working women. This includes 1-on-1 strategy calls, coaching programs, workshops, and digital content. All services are delivered online unless otherwise specified.
3. Eligibility
Our services are intended for women aged 18 and above who are currently working professionals or seeking to transition into a coaching career. By using our Services, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.
4. Booking and Payments
Strategy calls and programs can be booked through our website. A registration fee of ₹9 is charged for the initial strategy call to confirm serious intent. Full program fees, where applicable, are disclosed at the time of enrollment.
All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your call, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Repeated no-shows may result in forfeiture of your booking fee and may affect future eligibility for our programs.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and resources provided as part of our Services (including videos, worksheets, guides, and recorded sessions) are the intellectual property of Coach Pratima and are for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from these materials without prior written consent.
7. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy. Information shared during coaching sessions is kept confidential. However, we may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and safety.
8. Disclaimer
Coaching is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Our services are educational and mentoring in nature. We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from our coaching programs.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coach Pratima shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
